The Program Overview

 

We are currently operating three days per week in Lansing.  Weeknights will focus on various specialty aspects of dynamic movement and combat. Saturdays feature morning classes for youth and afternoon classes for all ages.

 

Liability and Photo waivers will be signed.  Minors must have parental signatures.
