Light sabers

The bulk of the collection cosists of replicas of character replica sabers licensed through Lucas Films to Master Replicas from 2001 to 2009, and then to Hasbro from 2010 until now. All of these are equipped with polycarbonate blades suitable for light controlled duelling, lighted with sequential

LED strings. They also come with sound cards which include power up, power down, hum, and clash sounds (activated by blade contact with another object). Battery requirements vary, so check each individual saber for specifics.

The remainder of the collection are custom light sabers from Ultrasabers, which feature machined aluminum hilts, or private individuals with milled

PVC hilts. The blades are still sturdy polycarbonate, but are removeable, rather than fixed. The light emitters are in the hilts, and some come with changeable color disks, so that the blade color can be changed. These sabers do not have sound effect cards.
